Job Title: Hard Services Manager Location: Site-Based Reports to: Operations Manager Job Purpose: To oversee the efficient delivery of planned and reactive maintenance at a distribution site, ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, and safety standards, while managing relationships with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage delivery of all reactive and planned maintenance works. Supervise site-based teams, including engineers and maintenance staff, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and supply chains; manage quotes and on-site delivery of services. Ensure completion of RAMS and H&S documentation; uphold CBES HSE standards. Chair internal and client meetings; generate performance and progress reports. Plan and cost small works and capital projects. Manage staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes where necessary.
