Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned
Fundraising Advisor
to lead and expand our diversified platform. The successful candidate will originate and execute high-quality fundraising mandates, manage senior client relationships, and shape the firm's market strategy. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with the firm's partners, investors, and clients, driving growth and enhancing the firm's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement the firm's market strategy in line with broader business objectives.
* Originate and lead mandates across fundraising, buy-side and sell-side transactions
* Oversee transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
* Build and maintain senior-level relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, investors, and intermediaries.
* Drive business development initiatives, representing the firm at industry forums and events.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, maintaining high standards of execution and professionalism.
* Contribute to the overall growth and strategic development of the firm.
Candidate Profile
* 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A/corporate finance advisory, with a proven track record in fundraising and transaction execution.
* Established network and reputation within the UK and European private equity community.
* Demonstrated leadership, team management, and strategic execution capabilities.
* Strong technical expertise in financial analysis, valuation, transaction structuring, and negotiation.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to advise at board and C-suite levels.
* Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, capable of balancing long-term vision with disciplined execution.
