The Job Description
1. Play a central role in our digital development team, contributing to the design and development of digital assets from short-lived campaign microsites to enterprise websites.
2. Maintain focus on UX, outcomes, and the code and implementation itself.
3. Develop robust, user-accessible, and responsive websites and occasionally web applications, utilising modular design systems.
4. Deliver excellent, proactive support of digital aspects of our work for an ever-growing roster of clients.
5. Perform and schedule web updates.
6. Work in tandem with colleagues across the agency to create digital prototypes and finished systems.
The Skills Required
1. Experience with CMS platforms, primarily WordPress, HubSpot, and CraftCMS; familiarity with other PHP-based systems and web-based builders (e.g., Webflow) is an advantage.
2. Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3
3. Experience in PHP; familiarity with PHP frameworks like Laravel is a plus.
4. Familiarity with prototype design tools, e.g., Figma, AdobeXD.
5. Familiarity with version control and deployment methodologies.
6. Experience in Search Engine Optimisation techniques.
7. Excellent attention to detail.
8. Self-motivated and a team player: must work well in a collaborative environment.
9. Willingness to learn: ability to adapt effectively to new techniques, technologies, and concepts.
