Overview
Fabulous opportunity for a full or part time person to work for an independent insurance company based in St Albans. They are looking for a strong claims handler/administrator with a corporate insurance background and ideally a working knowledge of Acturis.
Responsibilities
* Log new opportunities on the system and ensure it is updated.
* Process paperwork and liaise with underwriters and clients.
Qualifications
* The ideal candidate needs to be a self starter who can work independently and is good at just getting things done.
* A background in general commercial insurance (preferably someone who has worked on policies) is essential and ideally someone who has experience of working on Acturis software, although this isn\'t essential as training can be provided.
* Happy working from home, self-disciplined and motivated to work on their own, with flexibility to attend meetings in the London and St Albans office once a month.
Work Environment
Remote/hybrid work with occasional in-person meetings.
