Community Occupational Therapist - Nottingham City
Rate: £32 per hour
Location: Nottingham City (Community Based)

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting two experienced Community Occupational Therapists to join a dynamic team in Nottingham City. This role involves completing face-to-face community assessments and reviews, supporting individuals to maintain independence within their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Care Act assessments
Complete Mental Capacity Act assessments
Carry out manual handling and risk assessments
Recommend and assess for assistive technology and equipment
Undertake face-to-face community reviews (no telephone reviews)
Work closely with service users, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
Experience completing Care Act and Mental Capacity Act assessments
Strong experience with manual handling, risk assessment, and assistive technologies
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel within and outside the council area
Ability to work in the community with one office day per week
