Finance Sales Executive – Chipping Sodbury
Salary: £25,000-£50,000 basic salary DOE plus uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £70,000-£150,000+ per annum.
Hours: Minimum 5-day week with work hours from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm and Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm (at least one weekend day per week required).

Our client, a growing asset finance brokerage based in Chipping Sodbury, is looking to recruit an ambitious Finance Sales Executive to join their expanding team.
The role will involve responding to warm inbound enquiries, generating new business leads, and arranging finance agreements for businesses purchasing assets such as tractors, fleet vehicles, 3D printers, engineering equipment, agricultural machinery, and commercial vehicles.
You will manage customers throughout the full finance process, from initial enquiry through to payout, whilst building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service. Travel across the UK will also be required to meet clients and develop business opportunities.
To be eligible, you should ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Chipping Sodbury and hold a full UK driving licence. Previous experience within sales, finance, asset finance, vehicle finance, or a similar customer-focused environment would be highly advantageous, although strong sales ability and motivation are equally important.
The successful individual will be target-driven, commercially minded, confident communicating over the phone and by email, and eager to maximise their earning potential within a fast-growing business.
