My client is a well-established and growing heating, plumbing, and electrical company based in Salisbury, known for high-quality workmanship and a strong local reputation. They are looking to expand their domestic plumbing team with skilled and motivated plumbers.
In this role, you'll cover a 25-mile radius around Salisbury, working on installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding in domestic properties. You'll have the opportunity to grow your career through structured training and development, while enjoying a local route and excellent work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Plumber who takes pride in delivering excellent service, enjoys working directly with customers, and is motivated by long-term career progression. You'll be proactive, organised, and keen to expand your skills through structured training opportunities.
The Person:
* 2-3 years domestic plumbing experience minimum (3+ preferred)
* NVQ Level 2 preferred
* G3 preferred but not essential
* Strong technical and fault-finding skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Valid UK driving licence
* Based within 25 miles of Salisbury
The Role:
* Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of domestic plumbing systems
* Fault-finding and emergency repairs
* Leak detection and customer-focused maintenance
* Working locally within a 25-mile radius of Salisbury
* Overtime available to maximise earnings
* Training available into broader plumbing and related systems, with structured career progression
