You will be working with the Forest Green Rovers academy and will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence based individualised athletic development for the academy professional and youth development players.

*Design, lead & manage activities aimed at maximising the health, fitness and athletic performance of the academy players.
* Develop and implement a strength & conditioning programme that will aid the athletic development of all academy players.
* Conduct regular testing of players to ensure progression along their athletic development.
*This is a part-time role, working 2 days per week. BSc/MSc in Sports science or Strength and conditioning
* Driving license
*Coaching qualifications
* Emergency first aid in football (EFAiF)
