Job Description:
My client, an FCA Regulated firm specialising in digital assets, is looking for a Head of Legal to manage the overall legal strategy and risk management of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading regulatory strategy and ensuring compliance with existing and emerging global regulations, providing strategic advice to senior leadership.
* Managing and coordinating regulatory projects with internal (e.g., Compliance and Business teams) and external (e.g., counsel and regulatory bodies) stakeholders.
* Monitoring regulatory developments in the digital assets space and assessing their impact on the business in the UK and overseas jurisdictions.
* Leading the drafting, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements, including SaaS license agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
* Collaborating with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to ensure optimal management of corporate structure and governance matters.
