Sales Director - Enterprise AI
Salary: £120,000-£160,000 base (£220,000-£300,000 OTE) + equity

This is a rare opportunity to build and scale the UK market for a fast-growing, government-backed AI and data technology business. With 240+ global employees and strong international traction, the company delivers AI-ready data platforms, automation tools, and sovereign AI solutions to enterprise and public sector organisations.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving UK revenue growth from zero - securing flagship enterprise and government clients, establishing market presence, and creating a repeatable sales engine.
The Role
As Sales Director, you will operate as a highly strategic, hands-on enterprise seller. This is not a people-management role from day one, it is a market-building opportunity.
You will own the full sales cycle, win complex £200k+ deals, and build the foundations for scalable revenue growth across the UK and wider EMEA region. Over time, you will have the opportunity to shape and expand the sales function as traction grows.
