Job summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Registered Nurse to join our experienced and enthusiastic team within a large, busy GP practice. The role focuses on training in the management of chronic diseases, particularly diabetes care. We seek a motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team. Our practice has a vibrant, multicultural population and collaborates closely with wider multidisciplinary teams.
This position is suitable for a newly qualified nurse interested in general practice or a nurse seeking training in chronic disease management, especially diabetes. You will work alongside Advanced Nurse Practitioners with extensive experience in these fields.
