Podiatrist - New Graduate or Experienced
Full Time or Part Time
£38,000 - £60,000 Pro Rata
An established and progressive private podiatry clinic based in a thriving and historic university city is looking to add another Podiatrist to its close-knit clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for either a new graduate looking for structured mentoring and development, or an experienced Podiatrist seeking a modern clinic environment with advanced technology, MSK exposure and genuine flexibility.
The clinic has built a strong reputation for patient-centred care, clinical standards and long-term development of its team. Personality, reliability and communication skills are considered just as important as existing technical experience, as full training and mentoring can be provided.
Package
* £38,000 - £60,000 pro rata depending on experience
* Profit sharing / bonus scheme
* Up to £3,000 relocation support available
* 30 days annual leave

* Full admin support with paid admin time built into diary
* Flexible working options including compressed 4-day weeks
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied podiatry caseload from assessment through to treatment planning
* Deliver high standards of patient care and clinical documentation
* Build strong relationships with patients through clear communication and education
* Work collaboratively within a small multidisciplinary clinical team
* Develop skills within MSK and technology-led podiatry services
* Use and train on specialist equipment including Run3D, Shockwave and SWIFT
* Contribute positively to clinic culture and team environment
* Maintain excellent timekeeping, professionalism and reliability
Requirements
* HCPC Registered Podiatrist
* New graduates and experienced Podiatrists both encouraged to apply
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, mature and team-oriented approach
* Passionate about delivering excellent patient outcomes
* Interest in MSK podiatry desirable but not essential
* Open to learning new systems, treatments and technologies
* Sponsorship may be available for suitable overseas candidates already eligible to register/work within the UK
