Position: Electrical Maintenance Manager Type: Permanent Location: Belfast, NI Salary: £45,000 PA Hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours per week We are recruiting for an electrically biased maintenance site manager to oversee a small group of maintenance electricians completing PPM and reactive maintenance duties on a secure facility in the Belfast area. The role is a permanent position paying £45,000 basic. Pension up to 8% contribution. 25 days holiday (plus stat) rising to 27 days (plus stat). Healthcare after 1 year service. Mon-Fri days 40 hours per week. Electrical Site Manager Key Accountabilities: • coordinate electrical engineers in the completion of PPM and reactive maintenance duties - manage maintenance schedules - plan and implement small works projects • Review service performance identifying areas where improvement is required and developing action plans. • Provide escalation point for resolution of service performance. - Monitor and control SLA agreements and evaluate KPI and contract progress • Compliance management • Oversight of sub-contractors on site • H&S assessments and electrical statutory compliance • Client liaison Requirements: - experience of engineer and maintenance oversight - hold a building services / Electrical background and qualifications - to have managed electrical compliance -experience of managing M&E engineers and working on PPM schedules etc. • ...
