* Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
* Foster a love of literature and language in students of all abilities
* Contribute to a collaborative and ambitious English department
* Support the academic progress and personal development of all pupils
* Uphold high standards of teaching, learning, and classroom management

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A passion for teaching English and inspiring young people
* Strong subject knowledge and classroom practice
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
