About Fertility Mapper
Fertility Mapper is a healthtech company on a mission to transform the fertility journey. We're building a transparent, data-driven ecosystem that empowers people to make confident, informed decisions about fertility treatment.
We equip patients with personalised, clinically and financially relevant tools to help them navigate what can often be an overwhelming and emotional process, whether accessing private or public care. Our platform operates independently of clinics, offering trusted support when patients are considering or between treatment cycles.
We're connecting people across the fertility ecosystem, beginning with clinic partnerships across the UK, and expanding to offer support and transparency at every stage of the journey.
The Role
We're looking for a compassionate and proactive Patient Care & Community Coordinator who's excited to make a meaningful difference in people's fertility journeys. This is a unique opportunity to support individuals through one of life's most emotional experiences while building and nurturing a trusted, empowering online community.
You'll be a key point of contact for people exploring fertility treatment through Fertility Mapper, providing clarity, reassurance, and a caring presence. Whether via WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media, you'll help patients feel informed, confident, and supported at every step.
You'll also care for our digital community, creating a welcoming, safe space where members can connect and share experiences. You'll take ownership of events that bring our community together, and through regular contact with users, you'll help shape how we improve our platform and services.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, care deeply about people, and want your work to have real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Care Navigation & Community Engagement
* Act as a warm, informed guide for people navigating fertility treatment, helping them explore options and connect with our clinic partners.

* Monitor and support activity in our online community, ensuring it remains safe, inclusive, and supportive.
* Plan, coordinate, and run online and in-person events that bring members together and provide both practical and emotional value.
* Gather and relay user feedback to inform product and service improvements.
* Maintain accurate records of conversations, trends, and opportunities to improve the patient and community experience.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years experience working directly with patients in a fertility clinic or reproductive health setting
* Hold professional training or qualifications (e.g. Registered Nurse, Midwife, or similar clinical background)
* Exceptional communication skills, with a warm, professional tone across both written and verbal channels
* A deep understanding of the fertility patient journey, and how to adapt communication styles to individual needs
* Experience managing or contributing actively to online communities
* A self-starter with energy and initiative
* Highly organised, with a flair for planning and delivering events
* Proactive, empathetic, and excited to be part of a growing company that's redefining what fertility support looks like
