Qualifications and experience required:
* Qualified Teacher Status with a proven track record of excellent classroom practice.
* Significant recent leadership experience in a primary school, with strong leadership and management skills.
* Secure understanding of outstanding teaching and learning, with the ability to drive whole‑school improvement.
* Proven success in curriculum leadership and measurable impact on pupil outcomes.
* Strong vision, energy, and the ability to inspire and work collaboratively with staff, pupils, governors, and the wider community within a strong Christian ethos.
