Job Description
We are looking for a Controller to join our Production team in Pilgrim's Europe- MoyPark, Dungannon. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring quality of products and adherence to line processing and packaging plans. This role requires managing and controlling production resources while driving efficiency and maintaining safety standards.

Working hours are: 06.00am to 18.00pm, rotational, as a part of the Frozen Packing Team A.
Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
Week 2: Wed, Thurs
Key responsibilities:
* Supervise and control production resources to achieve targets.
* Ensure high standards of food quality and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements.
* Monitor and maintain efficiency across production processes
* Report and escalate any issues affecting production performance.
* Lead by example and promote a strong culture of safety and teamwork.
