The home provides the highest standards of safety, comfort and care to 72 residents who have a variety of care needs. We offer residential, nursing and dementia care. We invest in the latest technology and offer a purposeful programme of daily activity and gentle exercise to enhance the experience, care and wellbeing of our residents. What You'll Be Doing Deliver hands-on care to residents in a person-centred way Support residents to enjoy a good quality of life Assist residents with their physical, emotional and spiritual care needs in line with agreed care plans Contribute to daily records of residents Work effectively as part of the team Promote and safeguard the welfare of adults in your care What We're Looking For Experience at Care Assistant level in a care environment is preferable Care certificate or equivalent, or willingness to achieve this in the first 12 months Good care practice knowledge relating to the care of older people Sound knowledge of the 6 principles of care and how they underpin care delivery Ability to work in a team Self-motivation and confidence The Benefits Career progression opportunities into senior and management roles 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum Paid DBS and uniform provided Paid training and excellent induction programme Refer a friend scheme Ongoing support for nationally recognised qualifications Cycle to work scheme and wellbeing programmes Recognition awards and pension scheme Early Pay - access to your money as you earn About Lovett Care At Lovett, we believe our elders deserve more.
