About The Role
This is a high-level support role, acting as the single point of contact for our largest elite client and the lawyers across the service lines and offices supporting that client.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client relationship management
o General client care: following client-specific protocols, handling basic queries, and updating protocols as needed.
o Identifying efficiencies and service improvements.
o Handling client-related calls and messages, providing information.
o Business development: liaising with the Business Development team, managing relevant data, assisting with tenders, pitches, and presentations.
o Serving as the central point for non-legal queries.
2. Administrative/Client Work
o Managing priorities and deadlines.
o Supervising file management and record-keeping.
o Producing documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as needed.
o Ensuring data accuracy.
o Time recording as required.
o Providing team admin support: managing diaries, travel arrangements, meeting rooms, preparing papers.
o Supporting workload allocation within the team.
o Managing and scheduling training programs.
o Liaising with the client relationship director for key meetings.
o Administering Power of Attorney documentation.
3. Financial
o Coordinating invoice schedules and supporting billing queries.
o Assisting lawyers with finance-related tasks.
4. Team/Compliance
o Arranging and attending team meetings, including minute-taking.
o Updating status and tracking reports.
o Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

* Experience in a legal or professional services environment.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
