We’re recruiting on behalf of a small, vibrant law firm based just outside Sutton, who are seeking a talented Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal to join them on a part-time basis (3 days per week in the office). Whether you bring direct commercial conveyancing experience or have a residential conveyancing background and are looking to transition laterally, this is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive setting.
What you'll be doing as a Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal:You’ll be working alongside a highly experienced Commercial Property Partner, supporting a wide range of commercial conveyancing transactions. Your role will involve managing files, preparing legal documents, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring that each transaction progresses efficiently and accurately.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working as a Paralegal in a commercial property conveyancing role or a related legal field is preferred
* Strong understanding of property law and related legal concepts
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficiency in case management software
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to build and maintain client relationships
* A team player who can also work autonomously with confidence and precision
This role is perfect for a Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal who enjoys being hands-on, client-facing, and who thrives in an environment where no two days are quite the same.
You’ll be working directly with the Commercial Property Partner, gaining valuable insight and mentorship, while also being trusted to manage your own responsibilities. The team values transparency, communication, and delivering excellent service to their loyal client base.
