Role - Group Flights Consultant
Location - Fully Remote/Monthly Leeds Office Visits
Salary - £28,000-£30,000 DOE

We're looking for an experienced Group Flights Consultant and Amadeus whizz to join a busy Flight Team within a fast-paced events environment. This is a hands-on role managing group and corporate flight travel, supporting large-scale live events and incentive programmes worldwide.
The Role as a Group Flights Consultant
Key responsibilities include:
Managing multiple client events, group flights and corporate travel accounts
Handling flight enquiries, research and fare quotations using Amadeus GDS
Creating accurate proposals, budgets and travel documentation
Managing airline group reservations, ticketing, exchanges, reissues and refunds
Full administration of bookings including manifests, schedules, financials and reconciliation
Ensuring deadlines are met for both clients and suppliers
Supporting live events including flights, rail and other travel logistics
Liaising with operations on delegate management, seating, transfers and special services
Assisting with aircraft charters, VIP travel and incentive trips (including ground arrangements)
Working collaboratively across teams to support proposals, upgrades and changes
Providing out-of-hours flight support when required due to global time zones
Covering team absence and contributing to continuous process improvementTravel and flexible working hours may be required, including occasional weekend work depending on event needs.
About You as a Group Flights Consultant
You'll be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for travel and events. You thrive in a busy environment, can adapt quickly and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
We're looking for someone who has:
Minimum 2 years' experience in the travel industry (business, group or event travel)
Extensive Amadeus GDS experience - essential
Knowledge of incentive travel and corporate group destinations
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confidence managing high-volume group travel and tight deadlines
A proactive, flexible approach to workload and working hours
Competency in Excel, Google Drive/Sheets, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
