We are working with a well-established school in Havering that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join their team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for psychology, education and training, and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
The Role:
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create personalised learning plans
* Help promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Requirements:
* A degree in Psychology (2:2 or above)
* A genuine interest in education and training
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Resilience, empathy, and patience
* Ideally having experience working with SEN children
