We are currently seeking Clinical Support Staff to join our dedicated team at Positive Outcomes Childcare Ltd in the UK. This role is vital in providing compassionate care and support to our young residents, helping them achieve positive outcomes in their lives. Responsibilities
Provide direct support and care to children and young people in a residential setting.
* Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes emotional well-being.
* Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans.
* Engage with residents through activities that encourage personal development.
* Maintain accurate records of resident progress and incidents.
* Communicate effectively with children, families, and other professionals.
* Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
Experience working with children or in childcare settings is essential.
* Strong communication skills are required for effective interaction with residents and staff.
* A background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
* Leadership or management experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
* A commitment to professional development and willingness to undertake training.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the needs of young people.
