Reports to: Director of Buisness Intelligence

Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Job Summary: The Business Intelligence Systems Administrator supports and maintains the data platforms and reporting tools that power analytics across the Stonebridge portfolio. This role ensures system functionality, data accuracy, and user access while partnering with internal teams to deliver actionable business insights.

Essential Functions and Duties:
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions across business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, ProfitSword, Otelier, Lighthouse, and other reporting tools.
• Monitor data integrations and system performance to ensure reliability, accuracy, and timely delivery of reports and dashboards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for system-related questions, troubleshooting data discrepancies and reporting issues across departments.
• Maintain core data structures including property hierarchies, reporting groups, and standard definitions to support consistent portfolio-wide analysis.
• Partner with the Business Intelligence team and internal stakeholders to support reporting enhancements, data validation, user training, and process automation.
• Coordinate with vendor support teams for issue resolution, platform updates, and evaluation of new features or tools.
• Document system processes, reporting standards, and support resources to ensure clarity and continuity for end users.
• Provide light training and support to property-level and corporate users on report access and platform functionality.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Operations, and IT to ensure alignment between data sources and reporting outputs.
• Assist with data governance, usage audits, and quality checks to maintain the integrity of BI systems across the organization.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
• Experience supporting business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, ProfitSword, OTA Insight, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of data workflows, reporting structures, and system integration in a multi-property or hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data exports, pivot tables, and basic formulas for validation and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new software systems, tools, and reporting platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, documentation, and user support.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, interpret reporting outputs, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional support.


Work Environment:
• The role operates in a professional office setting with frequent use of computers, reporting platforms, and digital systems.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Occasional flexibility may be required to support system updates, cross-departmental needs, or time-sensitive reporting issues.
