Your new role
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are satisfied in a timely and efficient manner, that stock availability is maximised by controlling customer balances according to set targets and to effectively perform daily administration duties.
 1. Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail.
 2. Processing of customer orders, monitoring customer stock.
 3. Management of core customer data
 4. Daily review of wash plans and maintaining any order changes for planning purposes
 5. Demand and supply planning
 6. Resolution of depot errors, correction of systems and reports
 7. Reconciliation of depot recollection variances
 8. Balancing of customer orders across wash depots to ensure efficient order fulfilment
 9. Dealing with customerplaints
 10. Process 901 recollection entries on SAP daily for relevant wash depots
 11. Maintain and issue a variety of internal reports, weekly and monthly
 12. Booking of transport where required
 13. To undertake any dutiesmensurate with the level and expectations of this post. Tasks may be varied to meet changing service requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in applying for the position of Customer Service Administrator, you will have:
 14. Experience in food / fresh produce industry or retail sector.
 15. Customer Service / Client facing background.
 16. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
 17. Ability to use Microsoft Office products (Excel / Word / Outlook). Intermediate level
 18. Ability to develop strong customer relationships and deal with difficult situations.
 19. Proficient IT skills (MS Excel is a must)
 20. Self-motivated / results orientated.
 21. Well organised, methodical approach attention to detail.
