We are seeking someone with strong people‑management skills, a proven record of raising standards and, above all, a real passion for education. Essential Qualifications and Experience: ● Honours Degree or equivalent. ● PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ● National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). ● Recent experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher. ● Evidence of significant Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the last three years.
