About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Chef Manager
to oversee the catering service in a care setting. You will be responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet a wide variety of dietary needs, while managing the kitchen team and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide homely, nutritious meals that cater to diverse dietary requirements.
* Plan and manage staff rotas to ensure appropriate kitchen cover.
* Organise and oversee all aspects of catering operations, ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
* Ensure statutory training is completed for catering staff.
* Conduct regular stock takes and maintain agreed stock levels.
* Build positive communication with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
* Manage the catering budget and produce monthly financial performance reports.
