Extrusion Team Leader Bangor £40,000 (including shift allowance) Monday Thursday Two Weeks Days (07:30-19:30) Two Weeks Nights (19:30 07:30) Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Bangor, to recruit an Extrusion Team Leader. As the successful Team Leader you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, supervising staff, and making sure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards, ensuring customer requirements are met. You will act as a bridge between management and your team, communicating goals, resolving issues and motivating the team to perform at their best. What We Require: At least 2 years supervisory/people management experience within a fast paced, highly pressurised manufacturing facility At least 2 years experience running a production department Experience/skill in understanding schedules to ensure customer orders are met on time Knowledge of 6S housekeeping standards Knowledge of H&S procedures within a busy department Full Job Specification Available upon application.
