Your Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure pupils with additional needs feel confident and included. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing one-to-one and small group support for children with SEND
* Adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
* Encouraging independence and building confidence in the classroom
* Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to create a positive learning environment

What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting children with SEND (desirable but not essential)
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility and a proactive approach to learning
* A minimum level 2 Certificate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
