* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: 33 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
* Pay: £14.51 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Role Highlights
As a Senior Care Assistant / Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. You will support the management of a community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your responsibilities include ensuring safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
About You
* You are warm, friendly, organized, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. (Those with L2 are welcome to apply but will need to undertake their L3.)
* You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve residents’ wellbeing.
* You will have previous experience managing team members.
