IRIS Software Group is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the delivery of our Troncmaster platform to hospitality clients across the UK.

The Role
You will lead end-to-end implementations of our tronc and service charge distribution platform, working closely with hospitality clients to design compliant, tax-efficient and operationally effective tronc frameworks.

What Youll Do
Client Implementation
Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering
Design compliant tronc schemes aligned to HMRC guidance
Configure distribution models, logic and reporting
Manage payroll integrations and data migration
Deliver go-live support
Compliance & Advisory
Provide expert advice on tronc governance and service charge legislation
Interpret complex payroll and rota data
Recommend improvements to operational processes
Project Delivery
Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects
Track milestones and manage risks
Collaborate with internal product and support teams
Training & Adoption
Deliver client training sessions
Create documentation and SOPs
Support early-stage adoption post go-live
About You
You will bring:
Strong knowledge of tronc models and UK tax legislation
Experience implementing payroll or workforce systems
Advanced Excel and analytical capability
Consultancy or SaaS project delivery experience
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Desirable:
Hospitality payroll experience
HMRC employment tax knowledge relating to service charge
Understanding of integrations and APIs
