Youll walk the home daily to pro-actively identify any areas that need attention, whilst also conducting regular safety checks on various equipment. Youll create a maintenance programme for the home alongside our Home Manager and of course youll interact with our residents on a daily basis - so youll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our residents dignity at all times. Heres some other important things you need to know: You will need to be experienced at painting and decorating.
