GRP Laminator – Aldridge – Temp to Perm BCS Connect Are you an experienced GRP Laminator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We have a fantastic role available in Aldridge, offering a temporary-to-permanent position with excellent working hours and the chance to earn overtime. What’s in it for you? - £12.50-£13 per hour - Monday to Thursday - 6:30 am – 4:45 pm (39 hrs paid) - Overtime available - Temp-to-perm opportunity Your role as a GRP Laminator: As a GRP Laminator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality fibreglass components using hand lay-up and gel coat techniques. Your daily tasks will include: - Preparing moulds and applying release agents - Hand laminating fibreglass materials with precision - Mixing and applying gel coats to moulded surfaces - Trimming, finishing, and assembling components - Ensuring quality control and maintaining a tidy work environment - Working to strict safety and production standards What we’re looking for: - Previous experience as a GRP Laminator or within fibreglass manufacturing - Knowledge of hand lay-up and gel coat applications - Good attention to detail and ability to work independently - Commitment to health and safety standards This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role in a growing company.
