3. Deliver technical leadership for projects and transitions, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
4. Provide engineering solutions for complex problems through structured analysis and collaboration
5. Drive improvements in manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost, and regulatory requirements
6. Lead teams to implement engineering changes and support product lifecycle activities
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems, including risk management
8. Develop and apply best practices in design for manufacture, assembly, and validation
9. Support team development through mentoring and regular performance reviews
10. Contribute to achieving operational goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced Manufacturing/Project/Process Engineer, from a Manufacturing background, along with:
11. A recognised qualification in Engineering
12. Experience in processes such as assembly, machining, PCBA manufacture, and plastic injection moulding
13. Skilled in techniques including FMEA, tolerance analysis, and configuration control
14. Knowledge of CAD, PLM systems, and validation activities for engineering change
15. Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams in a regulated environment
16. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to implementing solutions
