We are a well-established poultry and red meat cutting plant based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, supplying corporate clients across the wholesale and hospitality sectors.
Due to the introduction of new poultry lines and continued business growth, we are seeking to recruit threebutchersto support increased production volumes and faciliatte work load distribution.
As part of our long-term plans, we are focused on stabilising our workforce and are looking for reliable individuals who are keen to develop their skills and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities: Poultry and red meat cutting, trimming, and dicing
Working on production lines within a team environment
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality
Supporting daily production targets
Candidate Requirements: Some butchery or meat-handling experience.
Basic knife skills.
Willingness to learn systemised on the line production processes.
Reliable, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Training & Development: Full training provided for on the line, systemised operations.
Ongoing support to develop skills and progress within the business
