Role Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Specialist Window Cleaning Team Leader / Supervisor to manage and lead window cleaning operations at the Old Trafford Centre. This is a hands-on leadership role combining specialist cleaning duties with team supervision, safety compliance, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and support a team of Specialist Window Cleaning Technicians
* Carry out window cleaning duties alongside the team as required
* Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standard
* Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
* Ensure compliance with RAMS, site rules, and company H&S procedures
* Act as the main point of contact for site management and supervisors
* Identify training needs and support technician development
* Monitor equipment condition and ensure safe use
