About The Role
We are seeking Part-Time Support Workers/Carers for our supported living service in Burnley. The role involves working days, evenings, sleep-ins, and weekends on a rota basis. A driver’s license is essential as the individuals supported have mobility cars. The service supports people with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries.
Position: Part-Time Support Worker (Supported Living)
Location: Burnley - driving essential
Hours: 20 hours per week
Note: We do not offer sponsorship.
This role involves providing 1-2-1 care to residents with complex learning disabilities, and driving is preferable.

The Role
1. Enable individuals to live fulfilling lives, manage their own homes, and participate in community activities.
2. Provide practical and emotional support to help individuals achieve their goals, respecting their individuality and supporting their choices according to their support plans.
3. Promote health, well-being, and respect diverse cultural and spiritual beliefs.
4. Facilitate social, educational, or work activities such as visiting family, walks, shopping, and recreation.
5. Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and personal care.
6. Complete required records and documentation.
