The Role As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead and support the staff team, build positive relationships with residents and families, and help create a welcoming environment where people feel respected, valued, and cared for. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily running of the care home • Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies • Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team • Manage staffing, recruitment, and rota planning • Support resident wellbeing and family engagement • Monitor care plans, safeguarding, and health & safety practices • Manage budgets and occupancy where required • Promote a positive culture within the home About You Essential: • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a care home setting • Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage teams effectively and confidently • Passionate about delivering exceptional care Desirable: • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care • Dementia care experience • Experience managing budgets and occupancy To apply please call Shona at Purosearch on or email your CV to
