Your new role As Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth across key markets by identifying and engaging potential clients. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset-someone who thrives on starting meaningful conversations, challenging conventional thinking, and uncovering new opportunities. You'll take ownership of building a strong pipeline, laying the foundation for long-term commercial success. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound follow-up. Apply structured qualification frameworks (e.g. BANT) to assess lead quality and fit. Manage your own top-of-funnel pipeline from initial contact to handover. Conduct market research to identify high-potential accounts aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile. Collaborate with marketing to enhance digital campaigns and LinkedIn strategies. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and contribute to CRM best practices. Partner with internal teams to shape solutions and refine messaging. What you'll need to succeed We're looking for a commercially minded, curious self-starter who thrives on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
