We are currently looking for a 2nd chef to join our busy team here at the The George Albert Hotel & Spa at Wardon Hill, where we make everything fresh on site with a range of locally sourced and home grown fruit and Veg, Eggs from our Free Range Hens and Beef & Pork from our own farms.
The George Albert Hotel & Spa is renowned for it ability to cater for large groups and functions and has always received exceptional feedback for its food, service and overall atmosphere.
Good rates of pay for the right person. On a 5 day week with split shifts.

As a 2nd Chef you will bring your passion & creative flair to the kitchen to ensure a dynamic kitchen that continues in its reputation of consistently creating new, exciting, wowing recipes & menus whilst continuing to achieve growth & increased success.
Job Type / Category
An excellent role offering job autonomy, alongside the Head Chef you will be (depending on experience) responsible for the management of food purchasing & storage whilst producing kitchen rotas & other senior responsibilities.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for experienced & creative Chef's who have a flare for creating exciting dishes with attention to detail and who understand the nature of the role and have the ability to work over split shifts.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
