About the Role Connex Education is working with a number of primary schools across DE65 (Willington and nearby villages) who are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to support on a flexible supply basis. You will be supporting across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping pupils to stay engaged and access learning in a supportive classroom environment. Key responsibilities include: Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom routines Encouraging positive behaviour in line with school policies Supporting pupils to remain focused and involved in lessons This role is well suited to those looking for flexible, local work within smaller school settings.
