Role:
Lead the development and execution of retail media strategies across key European and US retail partners to drive incremental net sales growth. This role bridges ecommerce and in-store media, working closely with local markets.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Develop and execute retail media activation plans across major bricks-and-mortar and online retailers (Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, Bol.com, Rossman, etc.).
* Develop joint business plans (JBPs) to drive retailer media activity in partnership with local markets to deliver both short-term sales uplift and long-term shopper engagement.
* Partner with local ecommerce and shopper marketing teams to ensure retail media investment aligns with commercial priorities and global playbooks.
* Analyze and report media performance and ROI, connecting media spend to sales growth and category performance
* Explore offline retail media opportunities (e.g. digital screens, point-of-sale activations, loyalty programs) and integrate with digital retail media for omnichannel campaigns
* Collaborate with global markets to share best practices, develop metrics, and contribute to the evolution of the global retail media strategy
* Partner with Digital Shel and Ratings & Reviews managers to connect wider strategy ensuring product pages convert the traffic generated from retail ads.
Competencies required:
* Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience with digital commerce, shopper marketing or media within FMCG/CPG
* Experience working with retailer media platforms and tools (Tesco Media & Insight, Boots Media Group, Amazon Ads, Citrus ads, Criteo etc.).
* You have a no nonsense and can-do mentality, and you are a team player eager to learn and share with local and international colleagues
* Cross-market experience; comfortable navigating cultural and operational differences across Europe and the US.
