A boutique private equity fund with 15+ years track record are looking to hire a head of legal for their business. The role would suit someone looking for a 3-4 day per week working commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading on fundraise activities, including structuring and relevant fund documentation
* Advising on corporate governance practices
* Supporting the business on employee agreements and internal HR processes, procedures and documentation.
* Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal and compliance matters
Desirable Skills:
* Minimum of 7-10 years PQE
* Ideally coming from a fund formation background or general funds legal background.
* Understanding of and interest in picking up general legal, regulatory and ops tasks where required.
