Closely collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams ensures seamless delivery of marketing support while mentoring a team of executives and embedding best practices.
* Lead a centralized marketing support team to ensure efficient workflow distribution and continuous improvement.
* Oversee marketing systems and tools, ensuring integration and data consistency.
* Develop a marketing operations playbook to standardize processes and improve team efficiency.
* Support campaign development, project tracking, and performance reporting with global MBD teams.
* Set and monitor KPIs, manage service level agreements, and champion technology to streamline operations.
