The role will be to ensure the effective on-time delivery of new projects into a series of Internal and External Projects, ensuring adherence to Commercial, Technical and Quality requirements. What you’ll be doing as our Project Engineer: Deliver small to large-scale industrial process improvement, infrastructure and equipment installation projects on time and within budget. Provide technical oversight, reviewing specifications, solve engineering problems and implement engineering solutions. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, finance, suppliers etc. to deliver project objectives. Plan, monitor and control project budgets and costs. Measure project delivery against objectives and create lessons learned Exhibit disciplined effective reporting skills to provide clear, concise, and timely updates on project status and key performance indicators. The Skills, Knowledge and Experience you will need as our Project Engineer: Proven experience in delivering process improvement, infrastructure and equipment installation projects, preferably within the automotive manufacturing sector following the APQP process. Experience of following structured Project Management methodologies. Solid understanding of IATF and ISO requirements. Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and attention to detail. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to lead a cross functional team towards successful project delivery. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities. Disciplined effective reporting skills with a focus on transparency and communication. Need to have: Good bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related subject. Minimum of 5 years of Project Engineering experience. Strong grasp of engineering principles. Nice to have Project Engineering experience from the Automotive Manufacturing sector. Lean Six Sigma certification. CDM training and experience in performing Principal Contractor role Nebosh certification.
