The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Burntwood.
The Customer Service role is to cover long term sickness and maternity leave with an opportunity to gain a permanent contract.
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm with a 30min unpaid break.
Your daily duties will be:
· Main point of contact for incoming Customer emails & requests - acting as a filter for customer's requests
around pricing, service & complaints where appropriate, with support from the management teams
· To provide customer quotations including the preparation of quotes for bespoke products with support
from the commercial team as required.
· Timely processing of PODs and invoice requests.
· Continuous improvement of Gradient sales processes and procedures.
· Consistent working approach in line with company values.
· Assist with the initial enquiry of projects and booking in projects using MS Teams and the CRM system.
Our client is looking to interview on 20th, 23rd & 24th March to fill this role.
