We are seeking a skilled and reliable Wire EDM Operator to join our client's night shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Wire EDM machines (Sodick and Charmilles.) and a strong attention to detail in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for running precision wire cutting operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality output with minimal supervision. Mainly aerospace components and general engineering parts. To Nadcap and AS9100 rev D standards

Responsibilities of a Wire EDM Operator
1. Set up operate Wire EDM machines on precision components.
2. Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
3. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet exact tolerances using measuring tools.
4. Maintain accurate records of production and quality checks.
5. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure uptime.
6. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate as needed.
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
