Responsibilities

The Counter Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives, leading the team by example, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service and shopping experience.

Duties Include:

* Management: Motivating staff, delegating roles, meeting sales targets, maintaining high customer service standards.
* Sales Goals: Achieving counter and service sales targets through customer engagement, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
* Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, Tweezing (training provided to become a Brow Expert).
* Teamwork: Conducting daily team meetings, ensuring motivation, and achieving targets.
* Promotion and Events: Creating in-store and external events, including new product releases and charity events.
* Stock: Keeping the counter stocked and reporting concerns.
* Communication: Maintaining communication with store and area managers.
* Administration: Completing administrative tasks and assisting with area manager administration.
* Staff Rota: Preparing fair staff schedules monthly.
* Hygiene: Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
