Role - Social Sciences Teachers
Location - Gravesend
Start Date - September 2025
Hours - Full time
Salary - 31,650 - 49,084 depending on experience
Tradewind Recruitment are working with a range of secondary school in the Gravesend area who are looking to recruit outstanding Social Sciences Teachers for a September start - full time. The ideal candidates will have experience of teaching Social Sciences across KS3 and KS4 within a secondary school setting.
The role:
* Plan and deliver Social Sciences lessons across KS3 and KS4 year groups
* Monitor progress and provide additional support to ensure every student achieves their full potential
* Liaise closely with the Social Sciences Departments, attending meetings and CPD training when required
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience of teaching across KS3 and KS4 students within a secondary setting
* Excellent behaviour management skills
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Social Sciences
* Legal Right to Work in the UK
* Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
