We are searching for skilled Technicians who are ready to work in one of the best workshop facilities in Yorkshire. Our modern state-of-the-art workshops, are fully equipped with all the tools, equipment and machinery you need to do the job properly and safely. What You’ll Be Doing ✔️ Carry out servicing, inspections, MOT preparation, and diagnostics (ABS/EBS) across a range of semi-trailers and rigid tankers ✔️ Complete mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding repairs (MIG/TIG) ✔️ Maintain and repair tanker ancillary equipment, including pumps and compressors ✔️ Accurately record all work via tablet systems, identifying and escalating warranty issues where required ✔️ Support workshop operations through good housekeeping, stock control, and adherence to H&S standards ✔️ Work collaboratively with Supervisors and Managers while continuing your technical development (IRTEC, ABS/EBS, Welding) What You’ll Bring ✔️ Relevant qualification (City & Guilds or IRTEC preferred) with 3 years’ experience in commercial vehicle/trailer maintenance ✔️ Proven hands-on experience across diagnostics, repairs, and servicing ✔️ Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail ✔️ Confident using diagnostic tools and digital job systems ✔️ Strong communication skills and a genuine pride in delivering quality work Why TIP?
